In the heart of winter, we’re invited to soften. To turn inward. To listen.
Expressing Inner World is a 90-minute Writing for Wellbeing workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner voice and honour the parts of yourself that often go unheard.
Held in the evocative setting of Romulus Folio Gallery during our midwinter exhibition, this session offers a chance to pause and reflect in creative, nurturing company.
Led by Angelina Mirabito, PhD, writer, researcher, and contemporary abstract artist, this gentle, guided workshop is a space to express what’s stirring within. Whether you’re longing to deepen your creative practice, reconnect with intuition, or simply enjoy a quiet afternoon in good company, you’re warmly welcome.
Guided meditation.
Writing prompts designed to nurture self-expression and insight.
Responding to art in the gallery through personal writing.
Optional group sharing in a supportive, inclusive space.
You’ll receive a lined-free journal and pen to write freely and intuitively, along with light refreshments and a glass of wine to warm the afternoon.
No writing experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
