Painting regularly has become a passion since starting a small business painting children's room decor 18 years ago.   In recent years the balance has shifted to allow more time to learn and pactice my contemporary painting. I am drawn to darker tones and as a keen cook love to paint snapshots of culinary moments. This in turn has lead to a fascination in hands and portraiture.
