Resident Meditation

Join us for a guided meditation session for residents of The Gladstone, facilitated by Rachel Laverick and held within the gallery amongst the artworks of the Inside Wonder exhibition.
This evening offers a calm and reflective experience within a creative environment, inviting participants to slow down and reconnect through breath and awareness, surrounded by colour, texture and contemporary art.
The session supports relaxation, presence and gentle reflection, creating space to unwind at the end of the day.
All experience levels are welcome. Yoga mats will be provided.

This is a free event.

Bookings are required to ensure sufficient yoga mats are available and to manage capacity.
