Embrace the inner tides and transformations moving through your life, and reconnect with your inner voice in this 90-minute Writing for Wellbeing Workshop, held in the evocative Romulus Folio Gallery during its current Tides & Transformation exhibition.

Led by Angelina Mirabito, PhD—writer, researcher, and contemporary abstract artist—this gentle, creative session offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through:

  • Guided meditation

  • Writing prompts designed to nurture self-expression and insight

  • Responding to art in the gallery through personal writing

  • Optional group sharing in a supportive, inclusive space

You’ll receive a lined-free journal and pen to write freely and intuitively, along with light refreshments and a glass of wine to warm the afternoon.

No writing experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
