Writing for Wellbeing WORKSHOPS @ Romulus Folio Gallery
Two Writing Winter Workshops with Angelina Mirabito, PhD
This winter, Romulus Folio invites you to reconnect with your inner voice and embrace the quiet transformations of the season through two gentle, soul-nourishing Writing for Wellbeing Workshops led by artist, writer, and researcher Angelina Mirabito, PhD.
Held in the evocative surrounds of the Romulus Folio Gallery during its current exhibitions, each 90-minute session is designed to create a nurturing space for personal reflection, creative expression, and inner stillness. No writing experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore and discover the transformative power of journaling regularly.
Sunday, June 29 | 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
As the gallery hosts its Tides & Transformation exhibition, this workshop invites you to reflect on the inner tides shaping your life. Through guided meditation, expressive writing prompts, and personal responses to the artwork on display, you’ll explore the subtle movements of change and creativity within.
Sunday, July 15 | 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Sink into the stillness of mid-winter in this warm and reflective workshop. With the gallery’s current winter exhibition as inspiration, you’ll be guided inward to write from a place of presence and quiet transformation.
